LeadCatch – Data Processing Terms

Part of the Terms of Service. Version 1.0, October 2026.

1. Roles

You (the business customer) are the controller of your customers' personal data. Blixwerk Studio processes it only on your documented instructions as processor (Art. 28 GDPR, where applicable; comparable US state privacy laws apply as “service provider”).

2. Data and purpose

Names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, property addresses and messages entered into your form; names and e-mail addresses of customers you add for review requests. Purpose: delivering requests to you, sending confirmations, review requests and reminders, monthly statistics. No sale, no own marketing, no profiling.

3. Sub-processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting of form and database), our e-mail provider (sending), and – for Pro – Twilio Inc. (phone number and text messages). We inform you before adding new sub-processors; you may object.

4. Security

Encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access only for the operator, no IP addresses stored, random secret links for your private pages, separation of customer data by account.

5. Retention

Requests and review jobs are deleted 12 months after creation, and all your data within 30 days after the end of the service, unless you ask for an export first.

6. Assistance

We help you answer data subject requests (access, deletion, objection) and notify you without undue delay of any personal data breach. Opt-outs from review e-mails are honored automatically.
