LeadCatch – Terms of Service

1. Provider

Blixwerk Studio (Gordon Bold), Harmenhauser Str. 33, 27777 Ganderkesee, Germany, blixwerk@gmail.com (“we”).

2. Service

LeadCatch provides a hosted estimate request form, e-mail notifications, automated review-request e-mails, a monthly report and – in the Pro plan – an automatic text reply to missed calls via a phone number we provide. We set up the service for you. We do not guarantee any number of leads, jobs or reviews.

3. Pilot

New customers get a free 14-day pilot without payment details. If you do not subscribe, the service ends after the pilot at no cost.

4. Prices and payment

Starter 97 USD/month, Pro 197 USD/month, billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the paid month. If you are not satisfied, we refund your first payment on request within 14 days.

5. Your responsibilities

You provide accurate business information, use the service only lawfully, answer the requests you receive, and ask every customer for reviews the same way (no incentives, no filtering). For text messaging you confirm that you are the business named in the carrier registration.

6. Data protection

We process your customers' data on your behalf according to our Data Processing Terms, which are part of these terms.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by third-party outages. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event, except for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.

8. AI

We build and operate the service with AI assistance; setups and messages follow fixed templates and are checked.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by e-mail; you may cancel before they take effect. Either party may terminate for convenience at month end.

10. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
